Welcome to my website. My name is Szasz Friderich, I live in Romania in the city of Reghin. I am a violin, viola and cello maker, working with specific skills which I have gained through more than 30 years of experience in this field. At first, I have started practicing this work in a particular violin factory in 1977. Later on, in 1990 I began working in a workshop with the guiding of Ciurba Nicolae, a professional violin maker. Here I have gained more experience and learned the secret of producing the exceptional masterpiece.
With hard work and great patience I have managed to have my own workshop, where I am working alone since 2003. During these years people from several parts of the World paid me a visit and have asked for instruments, as I am making violins due to people’s desire and taste. Besides this, I am also repairing such instruments.
